Student Crime Stopper Crime of the Week

Hatred, bigotry, ignorance and racism are four unspeakable elements that can bring down a society in a matter of moments, not years. Sadly, they raised their ugly heads within the Pickaway-Ross community, and are the topic of our Student Crime Stopper Tip of the Week.

Several racist symbols and words were written in the boy’s bathroom recently. We are investigating when the graffiti was written, as well as the distinctive handwriting that created it. The staff and administration of Pickaway-Ross take this incident very seriously, and will make every effort to solve this crime.

If you have any information about this crime, then it is time for you to do your part and keep racism, bigotry, ignorance, and hatred out of our school. If you are a student at PRCTC, place your confidential tip in the Student Crime Stopper tip box, pass the information along to a trusted teacher, or leave your information on the Student Crime Stopper website.

If you know anything about this crime and are not a student at PRCTC, please call (740) 773.TIPS or (800) 222.TIPS.  To remain anonymous, students also may call Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers.  As with all Crime Stopper features, this Crime of the Week is eligible for a reward.
