Hatred, bigotry, ignorance and racism are four unspeakable elements that can bring down a society in a matter of moments, not years. Sadly, they raised their ugly heads within the Pickaway-Ross community, and are the topic of our Student Crime Stopper Tip of the Week.
Several racist symbols and words were written in the boy’s bathroom recently. We are investigating when the graffiti was written, as well as the distinctive handwriting that created it. The staff and administration of Pickaway-Ross take this incident very seriously, and will make every effort to solve this crime.

Jacob Schneider: Theft

Jacob A. Schneider, 26 years-of-age, white/male, 6’2”, 240 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, is a person of interest in a large theft. Detectives from the Chillicothe Police Department would like to speak with Mr. Schneider regarding this incident. Schneider’s last known address is St. Rt. 62 Leesburg, Ohio.
This crime is the Chillicothe Police Department “Fugitive of the Week” 11-9-09. This fugitive of the week has not yet been apprehended.

James Shelby Roush (Assault)

James Shelby Roush
James Shelby Roush is a white, male, 35 years-of-age, 6’1”, 180 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. His last known residence was E. Fourth St. in Chillicothe. He is wanted for an October, 2009 assault in which he pulled the victim through a window. The victim received numerous injuries including multiple lacerations. James Shelby Roush is considered dangerous and you should not attempt to contact him.
