Jeremy D. Lowe, a 22 year-old white, male is listed as a person of interest in a June 2008 shooting that occurred on Madison Ave. Mr. Lowe is 6’3”, 163lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. The victim in this incident received a gunshot wound to their leg. Again, Mr. Lowe is a person of interest in this investigation and Detectives from the Chillicothe Police Department would like to speak with him. Mr. Lowe has been known to reside on Madison Ave and Hartwood Rd.
